Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (Without the Vinyasa) 9

A creative, fiery flow that will wake up your 360° core!

This vinyasa practice is designed to be a continuous flow that will challenge your stamina and strength!

We begin with focused breathwork and a seated core activation, then move into a dynamic cat-cow variation and a strong plank progression to awaken your center.

The flow builds through creative lunge transitions, standing balances, and integrated strength drills – including a cool crow pose variation (optional), purvottanasana lifts, and side plank variations. We also have the opportunity for some inversion play toward the end of this practice (and could this range from a mellow legs-up-the-wall to an active and strong handstand!).

Expect to move continuously, with minimal stopping, as you explore novel movement patterns and full-body coordination.

No props are required for this vinyasa-flow-without-the-vinyasa practice!
