Hosted by me, Jenni Rawlings, this challenge is designed to help you build a consistent yoga practice in just 10 minutes a day.

Here’s how it works:

Practice every day in July with short, creative yoga flows that fit seamlessly into your day.

  1. Start July 2nd with a fresh 10-minute yoga warm-up flow delivered straight to your inbox every morning.

  2. Stay motivated with an accountability checklist and connect with others in a private community forum.

  3. Make it yours: Use the yoga snacks as standalone practices or as the perfect warm-up for longer yoga classes, strength training, or other activities.

These bite-sized practices are perfect for busy lifestyles – and a fantastic way to practice yoga with intention, movement, and creativity!

How will the challenge work?

I’ll be hosting this challenge on my website.

Every morning in July (starting 7/2), I’ll email you a new, 10-minute creative yoga warm-up flow (a.k.a. a “yoga snack”) that I’d love for you to practice that day.

My hope is for you to complete each practice at some point during the day it’s released. :) But if you skip a day, no worries! Consider catching up in the following days if need be.

These short practices are very beneficial if practiced on their own – or you might like to treat them as a warm-up before another activity (strength training, a longer yoga class, etc.)

I’ll provide you with an optional accountability checklist that you can use to stay on track with the challenge.

And we’ll have a private community forum where we can connect and support each other in building our yoga habits and taking some time for intentional movement every day!

 
 
  • Just a yoga mat! There are a few yoga practices that also include an optional yoga block or yoga strap – but these items aren’t required. A yoga mat is all you really need!

  • The first practice will release on the morning of Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025. After that, you’ll receive a new practice every day for the full month of July! (30 practices total)

  • Yes, most definitely! The practices in this challenge are just 10-minute “yoga snacks”. They’re bite-sized ways to bring more movement into your day, but you’ll still have plenty of time for other movement activities like full-length yoga classes, strength training, cardio activities, etc.!

  • No, these practices are on-demand videos that you can practice to at the time that best fits your schedule.

  • You’ll have access to the content in this yoga challenge from July 2nd-August 15th, 2025. My hope is for you to complete each 10-minute practice on the day you receive it, which would mean you’d ideally have completed all 30 practices by July 31st. But if you miss some days and fall behind, you’ll have the first 2 weeks of August to catch up and complete them all! Access to these practices will end on August 15th.
