Shoulder-Pulling Yoga Flow 2
Don’t worry – you don’t need a TRX or suspension trainer to take this class! You can certainly use one if you have access to one, but you can also set up your own DIY suspension trainer using a bed sheet or 1-2 yoga straps. Watch the quick video for easy set up instructions! ⬇️
This creative yoga flow invites you to explore pulling strength – something we rarely get to train in a typical yoga practice.
We weave yoga flows in between our work with the suspension trainer that will challenge our shoulders, back, and core in new ways.
Expect dynamic transitions, lunge step backs, an extra “floaty” version of warrior 3, and opportunities to create resistance by actively pulling, rather than solely pushing in our yoga practice.
Modifications are included throughout, and this class is adaptable whether you have access to fancy equipment or just a couple of bedsheets and a door!
