Day 13
This yoga snack moves our whole body, but there’s an extra emphasis on mobilizing our shoulders in multiple directions through reaching-like actions. I personally love how these movements feel in my body! We also get to start with a quick breath focus in this practice. I hope you enjoy this focused movement snack to break up your day!
