Day 12

This short practice starts with some novel reclined pigeon work (yay for the hips!) and then moves into a fun standing flow. Also featured is a cool gaze/cervical spine coordination challenge performed in a familiar yoga pose, and I think you might liiike it! :) I hope this practice offers you grounding and centering energy for your day!
