Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (Without the Vinyasa) 10
A creative flow designed to turn up the fire a bit!
This fun class takes us through an exploratory standing flow that moves our whole body, and there’s an extra layer of focus on targeting the front and back of the hip – i.e. the hip flexors and glutes.
We start with a crowd-favorite cross body core move, and then we move into our standing flow sequence that will take us from the front of the mat to the back of the mat – and everywhere in between!
No props are required for this vinyasa-flow-without-the-vinyasa practice!
