Day 10

We have a little extra emphasis on frontal plane movement (side-to-side) in today’s yoga snack! And along with that, we have the opportunity to tap into our adductors (inner thigh muscles) and hamstrings a bit more than usual. I hope you enjoy this great movement snack to break up your day!
