Low, Slow Shoulder Flow

This floor-oriented practice is all about intentional, mindful movement with a focus on shoulder mobility and control. We explore a mix of seated, hands-and-knees, and kneeling positions to gently wake up the shoulder girdle through joint articulation, scapular movement, and flowing transitions.

Expect a blend of:

  • Shoulder-focused movement in seated and kneeling postures

  • Thread-the-needle variations and a creative bird dog sequence

  • Low-load strength and mobility work in cobra and plank

  • Flowy transitions through gate pose, low lunge, and twisting half kneeling

  • Gentle finishing stretches, including side bends and a reclined twist with an arm rainbow variation

This class is a great option when you’re looking for something mellow but engaging – a practice that invites shoulder nourishment without a ton of effort.

No props are required for this shoulder-focused practice.
