Low, Slow Shoulder Flow
This floor-oriented practice is all about intentional, mindful movement with a focus on shoulder mobility and control. We explore a mix of seated, hands-and-knees, and kneeling positions to gently wake up the shoulder girdle through joint articulation, scapular movement, and flowing transitions.

Low-load strength and mobility work in cobra and plank
Flowy transitions through gate pose, low lunge, and twisting half kneeling
