Quick Warm-Up Flow 75

A fun and novel hip and shoulder stability-themed flow!

This practice incorporates some unique movement puzzles that your hips and shoulders will appreciate!

We work with variations of sliding lunge movements and plank pose to wake up our connections to our hips and shoulders, and improve our sense of stability in these key areas.

Enjoy this creative practice!

This practice utilizes one yoga block (or similar household object).

Once we’ve moved on to the next month’s phase, we release the two warm-up flows from the previous month here in Jenni’s class library so that our greater website community can practice to them.
