Quick Warm-Up Flow 74

A very fun flow that utilizes our friend the yoga strap (or similar object)!

We start this practice standing with some shoulder and spine mobilizations.

Then we make our way into a reverse table/crab shoulder stretch, and then back up to standing for a very fun warrior 3/big toe pose transition flow.

Enjoy this creative flow!

This practice utilizes one yoga strap, resistance band, or other similar object.
