Cross Body Core Class

Cross the midline with your limbs and light up new connections!

This creative flow class begins with a reclined rotational sequence that will connect you to your core in a new way.

Then we move into a dynamic standing flow with a cross body theme. Midway through, we take a surprise visit to some targeted reclined core work to deepen your connection to your center.

We wrap the active portion of our practice up with an optional arm balance and an excellent cross body crab variation, and then we cool down before savasana.

This practice utilizes one optional yoga block.
