Quick Warm-Up Flow 92
Tap into your shoulders and thoracic spine in this fun flow!
We start this fun yoga snack with a reclined movement that dives us right into some potent thoracic spine rotation. From there, we transition into a standing flow that moves our whole body while incorporating some great rotator cuff-targeted mobility work!
No props are required for this class.
