Quick Warm-Up Flow 83

This fun practice begins in a hands-and-knees sequence and dives right into some lateral hip work.

Then we mobilize our shoulders and visit a dolphin pose variation a few times.

Then we visit a playful surprise move to transition us from the floor to standing that you’ll love!
