Quick Warm-Up Flow 82

In this quick flow, we start by connecting to our back body and anterior core in a reclined position.

Then we move into a favorite and fun move that targets the inner leg lines (the adductors)!

Then we make our way through a playful standing flow that will keep you focused on the present moment. :)
