Put a Spring in Your Yoga Step

A dynamic flow designed to leave you feeling light, lifted, and energized!

This playful, creative practice weaves in moments of “springiness” – both through the arms and the legs – to bring a fresh feel to your movement. Rather than big, high-impact jumps, you’ll explore subtle, yoga-context transitions (like hopping forward from down dog) that help you feel light and lifted.

You’ll work on whole-body mobility and strength while tuning into your body’s connection with the ground – and how to push off of it with control and ease.

A yoga block (or a similar item) is recommended for one segment of class, and having a second block on hand is optional.

Let’s spring into it! 🌟
