Hip Mobility & Control Practice
This gentle–yet active–floor-based practice is all about tuning into the hip joints with a balance of mobility and control.
You’ll explore your hips in a variety of positions: lying on your back, seated cross-legged, 90/90 transitions, straddle leg lifts, and more. Expect both passive stretches and active engagement, giving you the chance to connect more deeply with this region of your body.
By the end, you’ll have moved your hips through internal and external rotation, flexion, and extension, with a focus on both range of motion and muscular control.
Suitable for all levels, especially if you’re curious about refining hip awareness and function.
