Gentle Upper Back Practice
Target upper and mid-back mobility in this mellow practice!
This gentle class puts us in touch with our upper and mid-back (or thoracic spine region). This is an area of the body that can often feel relatively stiff, and targeting it for mobility can change how we feel and embody our whole spine!
This class starts with a breathing practice and then moves into a mellow mobility flow consisting of focused spine and shoulder dynamic mobilizations.
This practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks (or household object equivalent), 1 yoga strap (or household object equivalent), and an optional yoga blanket.
