Emily has over 15 years of yoga teaching experience. Her teaching style blends the amazing tradition of yoga with modern movement science and is deeply influenced by mindfulness and self-compassion practices. Emily is an E-RYT 500 & a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, as well as a certified Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Emily is also a personal trainer and licensed massage practitioner who holds certifications as a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Physical Focus Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, and Roll Model Method Practitioner. She is also a certified Wellness Coach and Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Facilitator.

Emily has developed yoga therapy programs, teacher training modules, innovative workshops, and retreats while building a thriving private practice.

Emily lives in Santa Barbara, California, with her husband Joey and their rescue animals Calibu and Koa Kitty.
