2-Block Creative Flow
A fun, inventive practice that integrates yoga blocks all throughout!
This playful flow makes full use of two yoga blocks to bring new perspective to familiar poses. We’ll start by using a block to support seated posture and gentle shoulder mobility, then build into creative standing sequences, balance work, and flowing transitions – all with 1-2 blocks integrated throughout.
Expect to explore blocks in unique ways: under your hands in Down Dog, Plank, and Side Plank, incorporated into triangle, eagle, warrior 3 – and more!
The class highlights how blocks can both support and challenge – helping you feel grounded while also offering fresh demands for balance, strength, and mobility.
